Dengue Menace
Dengue
is an acute viral infection. It is transmitted by several species of
mosquitoes. Eddies mosquitoes are caused by dengue. There are 42 Eddie’s species
of mosquitoes in Sri Lanka. Eddies
Ejiptites and Eddies Ablopicaties
are really in Sri Lanka.These mosquitoes breed
in clean water in man-made containers
such as used tyres ,flower vases,
soiled wastes and any other containers. It can spread fast
in urban areas when the mosquitoes population increases during rainy season.
A dengue mosquito usually bites
during morning hours. Symptoms of dengue usually start with fever within 5-6
days after someone is bitten by a mosquito. High fever, joint pain, pain behind
eyes and pain behind in mussels can be recognized as some of these symptoms.
Some may also have a rash.
Dengue transmits through
a mosquito. Therefore the prevention from mosquito bites is the best way avoid
dengue infection. Still there are no
vexing or preventive drags. If we need to get rid of dengue, it is important to
keep our environment clean. So we can clean mosquito breeding sites regularly
in our environment. Such as discarded tyres, plastic containers, coconut shells,
some leaves collects water, blocked roof gutters, flower vases or any other places where rain
water collects.

Heart Attack
Intakes
of too much oily foods and the use of
alcohol, blood vessels are blocked with cholesterol and the heart has to apply
high pressure to circulate blood to the heart. It is called heart attack. A
heart attack is a permanent damage to
the heart muscle. More than millions of people have heart attack in the world
each year. By dint of the bad food
usages and drinking alcohol.
Symptoms
of heart attack high pressure, discomfort, heaviness, may feel like heart burn, vomiting, dizziness,
extreme weakness, shortness of breath and pains.
Acting
fast at a first sign of heart attack symptoms can save your life and limit
damage to your heart. If you think you or someone else may be having a heart
